Web Design: I am able to create and design Web Pages for anyone on the Internet, through the Internet. I shall only charge a monthly fee, without a fee for creating the Web Site. The client must however register their unique URL for their site, if they do not already have one, or I can do it for them. Example...

Should the name you desire already be registered by someone else, you may be able to use .net or .org in place of .com. Also consider a dash (-) between words in your name or acronym. I attempted to use bma.com for my business but it was not available, so I added the web to it and that was available. I registered the Domain Name (www.bmaweb.com) and now no one else on Earth can use it but me. Only letters, digits and the dash (minus sign, not the underline) are allowed, with no spaces.
If your company does not yet have a Domain Name, I am able to secure this name for you through my company for $80.00, good for two years. Each year thereafter a fee of $35.00 per year is required by the internet managers. I have to pay this amount also for my Domain name.
I will create and service your site for a fee of $50.00 per month, paid monthly. I will assist you in any changes you desire, any updates, anytime. Most modifications can be uploaded within 24 hours of your notice via e-mail to me. I have not seen any other web designer offer this service for this price.

I came to the low rate of $50.00 per month by allowing 4 five day weeks per month average at $2.50 per business day. I know that most small business cannot afford some of the thousand plus up-front setup fees.
There are more costly and likewise more elaborate sites available, but most small businesses do not need a lot of the extras that are offered. The main goal I see is putting your business out there in front of the world.
I studied the web for many hours detecting rates and different programs. Most web designers offer an initial site design and leave it up to the client to find a place to put it, and pay some other company for the monthly fee to host it on the internet.
My approach, since I am assisting the small business owner, is to do it all. I will secure the Domain Name for the client, rent the space, design the web pages and keep them up to date via free e-mail. I will design up to 5 pages, which is more than enough to advertise your product and or services for a small business.
I saw fees of from $200.00 for one page, to $3,000.00 and more just to design the site and then drop it in your lap. I could not be interested in that sort of proposal. I have managed both large and small businesses and I wanted to concentrate on my business, not writing web code all day. My purpose is to charge a flat fee of $50.00 per month and let my client do his/her job.

This page can include a brief description of their business and a listing of personnel, phone and fax numbers, physical address and e-mail address if available. Customers can be notified of said web address to get current info in a compiled page, free on the internet.
