All approved bills shall be paid by the Secretary-Treasurer only by checks signed by both the President and the Secretary-Treasurer.
Modified To:
ALL APPROVED BILLS OVER THE AMOUNT OF $50.00 SHALL BE PAID BY THE SECRETARY-TREASURER ONLY BY CHECKS SIGNED BY AN OFFICER AND THE SECRETARY-TREASURER.
ANY CHECKS $50.00 OR LESS MAY BE SIGNED BY THE SECRETARY-TREASURER ALONE.
